How do I receive payments?
Add your bank account during onboarding. You do not need a Stripe login. Member card payments deposit to your bank after successful charges.
What does CoachIG charge?
First 25 lifestyle creators who complete setup: 5% platform fee. After that: standard 20%. Payment processing is separate. No waitlist. Slots are claimed by finished setups.
Do my members need CoachIG Pro?
No. Purchased memberships unlock the essential benefits in that offer without requiring Pro or Elite.
How do members access my squad?
After verified payment they join your CoachIG squad in the app. Workouts, roll call, challenges, and community included.
Can customers cancel?
Yes, per the membership terms you publish. Access ends according to the billing period; history is preserved.
How does CoachIG help people discover me?
Published lifestyle creators and paid squads appear in Discoveries with FitMatch recommendations when available.
